Where we work

MLI’s Mine Detection Dog Partnership Program provides life-saving mine detection dogs and the training needed to safely and effectively increase the capacity of indigenous demining organizations; our Survivors’ Assistance programs offer medical assistance, prosthetic devices, and vocational training to empower landmine survivors; and our Children Against Mines Program (CHAMPS) connects children in the U.S. with those in mine-affected communities to foster a global understanding of the landmine issue and engagement in service-learning projects in mine-affected countries.
