The Marshall Legacy Institute targets fundraisers for mine detection dogs, landmine survivors' assistance, and student projects. We are honored to have teams, artists, students, and individuals dedicated to our humanitarian cause.
Help give back, donate to an MLI fundraiser or purchase a donated item to support the artist's cause!
Art for Azerbaijan
Abol Bahadori is an esteemed, award-winning Azerbaijani - American artist based in the D.C. area. Abol has generously donated 10 one-of-a-kind art pieces to benefit MLI's humanitarian work in Azerbaijan.
Proceeds from each art piece purchased will go toward the funding of a mine detection dog to "sniff out" landmines, assisting in mine clearance operations with the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Handmade Yemeni Items
The Marshall Legacy Institute's vocational training programs in Yemen provide landmine survivors the opportunity to improve their financial livelihoods and support themselves and their families. These are handmaid items made by female Yemeni landmine survivors.
All proceeds from items purchased in the Yemeni Bazaar will be sent back to Yemen to the men and women who made them.
Mine Detection Dog
The Marshall Legacy Institute provides life-saving mine detection dogs to war-torn countries to "sniff out" landmines, aiding in the process of returning the safe, mine-free land to the people.
Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful sponsors, CHAMPS schools, students, organizations, and individuals, MLI has donated over 250 mine detection dogs.
Contribute to an MDDPP Campaign and help support the sponsorship and naming of a mine detection dog.
