Brownie was sponsored by the students at The Browne Academy in Alexandria, VA, after the students ran a year long campaign that included bake sales, t-shirt and bracelet sales, dress-down days, and “Chow Down For CHAMPS” dinners at local restaurants to raise the money to sponsor their own dog, Brownie. This school was selected to participate in the shooting of the “Hero Dog” Episode of Animal Planet that featured our sweet Rosa (first Canine Ambassador for the US).

Brownie is the 7th CHAMPS Dog to be sponsored by schoolchildren in the United States within a 2 year time span! Congratulations to the students, teachers, and parents of the Browne Academy. Brownie finished training in Bosnia and was deployed to Azerbaijan.
